Terms of Service

LearnTrader is an online education service about reading price charts and managing risk. It includes lessons, practice exercises on historical price data, and calculators.

We are not a broker, investment adviser, digital-asset adviser or fund manager. We do not hold your money or assets, send trading signals, manage portfolios or place trades for you.

All content is general education. It does not consider your finances, goals or risk tolerance, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

Lesson examples are past events selected to teach a principle. They do not predict future prices.

Your investment decisions are your own responsibility. Do your own research and consider speaking to a licensed professional. See the Risk Disclosure.

We do not promise that you will make money or achieve any particular result. Results depend on your decisions, discipline, capital and market conditions.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.

You must not use the service where local law prohibits this kind of content or payment.

You sign in with your Google account or with a link we email you. Keep your Google account and email secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

PRO belongs to the email you paid with. Signing in with that email (through Google or an email link) unlocks it automatically; if you bought with a different email, you can verify it on your account page. A failed sign-in or an expired link never removes access you have bought.

Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell or transfer your account or access.

You can close your account and have your data deleted at any time by email, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The content, text, graphics, software and the LearnTrader name belong to us or our licensors.

When you pay, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning.

You may not copy, record for distribution, scrape, redistribute, resell or commercially use the content, try to access content you haven't unlocked, or interfere with the service.

If you seriously break these rules, we may suspend your account after telling you why by email.

PRO is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and you will never be charged again automatically. The price and currency are shown before you pay.

The Early Bird price applies to the first 100 completed purchases. The number of seats left is shown on the site; after that the regular price applies automatically.

Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The merchant name shown at checkout and on your receipt is the operator's Stripe account.

Lifetime PRO access means access for as long as LearnTrader operates, including lessons added in the future.

If we ever close the service, we will email you at least 60 days in advance. If that happens within 12 months of your purchase, we will refund you pro rata for the remaining months.

You can get a full refund within 7 days of payment. See the Refund Policy.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but there may be maintenance, errors or events beyond our control.

We may improve or change lessons without reducing the substance of what you bought.

We are not responsible for trading or investment losses resulting from your own decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or removes your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes on the site or by email before they take effect. Changes never reduce access you have already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; we aim to resolve issues within 14 days.

If we cannot agree, the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. This does not remove any right you have as a consumer to rely on the mandatory consumer laws of, or bring a claim in, the country where you live.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

These terms are available in Thai and English. If they differ, the Thai version applies to users in Thailand and the English version to everyone else.
